Most of our product are created to order - it usually takes 1-4 business days (excludes weekends) to prepare any order. In case of pre orders - the items' description will state the fulfilment details of pre ordered items.
All shipments we send out are insured by our shipping providers. If your items arrived damaged or are lost in transit please email us, and we will investigate your specific situation and ensure we work towards an appropriate solution.
We post all deliveries to the address you provide to us, so please - double check your order confirmation email to ensure that the address is the right one. Thomas Letor LBCP sprl accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
If there's an issue of any kind with your order please contact us within 3 business days from receiving the order or the "order delivered" notification. Failure to do so will result in us not being able to replace or refund your order via the shipment insurance policy.
